About Us
The Central Research Laboratory is a standalone building occupying approximately 10,000 square meters out of the 1,232,000 square meters of the female students’ campus at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The university city consists of (12) colleges, including (5) health colleges, (4) humanities colleges, and (3) scientific colleges, in addition to the deanship, administrative, and service buildings. The CRL building structure mediates the health and science colleges, and it houses state-of-the-art facilities, including (13) laboratories, (6) departments, (1) animal house, and several support units. The CRL facilities also house over 600 cutting-edge instruments for elaborate experimental analyses. From the outset, the CRL was designed with the highest international standards for laboratories and, in recent years, has witnessed progressive development in the quality and quantity of its services to enhance the scientific output of the research community, both locally and nationally.
